We are looking for a presentable and highly service minded individual with fluency in English and German languages.
Additional language is a plus. A social skill is a must.
Knowledge in the field of contemporary & underground art/music is a given.

* Sales Responsibilities.
* Contact with Press and PR Agencies.
* Contribution to a growing Client base.
* Artist Studio visits.
* Logistics/Shipping/Warehousing/Insurance/Art handling.
* Co-ordination of gallery schedule, openings and special events.
* Database upkeep.
* Buildup and breakdown of exhibitions / Structural planning of exhibitions.
* Purchase orders/Sales Offers/Client maintenance.
* Archival work.
* Exhibition loan co-ordination and consignments.
* Client contacts and correspondence.
* Database and Data entry.
* Bookkeeping (preparatory).
* Gallery maintenance.
* Contact with suppliers.
* Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Office knowledge.
* PC & Mac knowledge.
